Turkey Materials Marketplace (TMM), which is run under the Turkey Circular Economy Platform (TCEP) and enables the exchange of materials between member companies and the establishment of successful collaborations between its members, has been supporting the evaluation of various symbiosis opportunities since 2016.

The 2nd Industrial Symbiosis Workshop, held online on October 31, 2022, as part of TCEP activities, aimed to find new symbiosis opportunities and foster effective member cooperation. Member companies uploaded 134 materials as available or wanted, and these materials were reviewed under 9 primary material groups. 27 member companies attended in the workshop and their potential for industrial symbiosis was investigated. The event resulted in the identification of 67 synergies for 30 businesses. Our team guides our members to evaluate these opportunities.
